Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel felt like being in a luxurious residential home with beautiful Tommy Bahama style furnishings. The proximity to the pool was convenient, but the rooms were smaller and noisier than expected for the price.
Although the resort had nice and clean rooms, the lack of room servicing after the first night was a drawback. The service was friendly but lacked proper housekeeping and laundry. The location was close to useful amenities like the Fisherman's Pier and Miller's Dockside restaurant, however, the pool area was described as unkept and unusable. Dining options were available till 8:30 and included good choices like bloody Mary's and Teppanyaki fish. Overall, the facilities were average with some positive and negative aspects to consider.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautifully decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings, from the plantation blinds to the big palm leaf ceiling fan, offering a choice of a King Bed or two Queen Beds. The housekeeping kept everything nice and tidy during my visit. However, the pool area needs updating and was not as clean as I would have liked.
